  The hotel is an unexpected find on the Labrador coastal drive. Fairly new, very clean, up to date amenities and a restaurant/bar to keep you watered and fed. Good place to launch daytrips from.

  While in Labrador, we didn’t stay at the Florian but did try their dining room. The dining room view is spectacular looking to the landscape with big windows all around. You could come here and just get lost looking out. The service was okay but for fine dining, there were finer points lacking like removing the unseated place settings. The menu was a little ratty looking as if it was wet at one point and the theme isn’t consistent with the boutique/fancy feel of the website or otherwise. Their overall attention to detail in the dining room was lacking though all staff were polite and courteous. The food was good but again, for a “fine dining” experience, not quite executed as well as it should have been. That said though the food was acceptable and by no means sub-par… just that for a supposed higher end dining experience, it was not up to snuff.

  A gem in the north. Clean, comfortable, and has the freindlest most helpfull staff so far on our journey. Nice restaurant where you can find a variety of items to choose from. Our meals were tasty and served hot. Would absolutely recommend this place. The outside of the building doesn't match what you find inside. Brown aluminum siding (looks like a storage facility) but as soon as you go inside you discover a beautiful hotel. Would definitely go back.

  Its beautiful, clean and spacious place to stay. The rooms are inviting. The staff are nice, very friendly. Even when they are busy they take time to check how you're doing. Food is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this. It won't disappoint!

  The options were good though and we didn’t have any issues. Food was hot and served in a timely manner. I just think there is lots of space for improvement to be a really high end place.

  Very nice Hotel. Beautiful room. The owners are amazing people. The food and service is awesome! Recommend to everyone!. We will be back!
